Our Members
Brokerages provide case management and community navigation services to adults eligible for IDD In-Home services. There is at least one Brokerage agency covering every county in the state of Oregon—find yours below.
You have a choice.
Your local county or community developmental disability program must determine that you are eligible for IDD services. If you are found eligible for IDD services and wish to receive them in your own, family home, or other community location, you can choose to receive your case management with a local Brokerage. If you are not sure where to begin, call your local Brokerage and ask—they are willing to help.
